Education for a Career in Real Estate
In North Carolina, any person or business engaging in real estate transactions as an agent for another (including time share transactions) must pass a pre-licensing test and obtain a license from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
For over 30 years, our award winning Fonville Morisey Center for Real Estate Studies has been successfully preparing real estate professionals for the North Carolina Real Estate Exam – “success” which is both measured and reported by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
