Fonville Morisey Realty was begun by former fraternity brothers John Fonville and Thomas Morisey here in Raleigh back in 1973. Each year, the school takes 600 eager students and fully prepares them for a career in real estate, and more specifically, to pass the North Carolina Broker and Salesperson licensing exams. Once these students are licensed, the Center continues training with a full sales course and professional coaching program. It's a complete training designed to ensure success.

The Fonville Morisey Center for Real Estate Studies consistently has the state's highest ratio of students who pass the state exams.
