Fonville Morisey has teamed up with Home Security of America, Inc (HSA) to provide you and your clients with the best home warranty available. As your warranty partner, HSA will save your clients from the expense and aggravation of home repairs both during the listing and long after the transaction is complete.

New Process for Ordering the Warranty

For a Seller: Agent fills out the election letter and the AA (or agent) faxes/emails over to Courtney at coswald@fmrealty.com or 595-5825.

For a Buyer: Agent fills out the HSA application and the AA or agent faxes/emails over to Courtney at coswald@fmrealty.com or 595-5825.

To “Update” an existing warranty: (Under contract)
  • If the seller currently has the Primary No Obligation, agent must fill out the application and fax/email that in to Courtney at coswald@fmrealty.com or 595-5825..
  • If seller currently has the Premier Plan, the agent needs to update staff with a buyer name, closing attorney and close date.
