• I am a North Carolina native and North Carolina State University graduate (Go Wolfpack!). I have been a full time realtor since 2001 and one of the owners of the Fonville Morisey Five County Specialists office with locations in North Raleigh and Zebulon along with my husband, and fellow realtor, Elias Godoy.
• We have an intimate knowledge of the entire Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and all the small towns in-between) and offer guidance to help home buyers choose not only the right house but the right location and neighborhood to best suit their needs.
• Elias and I are dedicated to making wise personal real estate investments and share our knowledge with our clients. We are also the owner/operators of Triangle Specialist, Leasing & Property Management to provide leasing and monthly management services to those that need assistance with rental/investment homes.
• We have extended our real estate sales and property management services to Lake Gaston where we are part-time residents and offer our knowledge of the second home and vacation markets to those seeking to the joys of lake life!

• Kristina and Elias are awarded every year for outstanding production and have a large team of agents and service providers within their Triangle Specialists office to further create the full-service approach to their clients' needs.
• Some awards include 100% Club in 2006 and Platinum Club honors in 2007 & 2008 along with a certificate of charity for contributions to the Children's Miracle Network. Elias and Kristina were also awarded Sales Team of the Year in 2007. Since joining the Fonville Morisey family in 2008 they have achieved top team status in 2010 and led in sales volume for 2011. Consistently awarded for the Top Sales and Listings Team for Fonville Morisey in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and are ranked in the top 10 highest performing teams in the entire Triangle area!
