While in college, I attended Duke University, falling in love with the lifestyle of Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The friendliness of people, ease of travel to the beach or to the mountains, and the dynamic environment that accompanies multiple universities and vibrant business and arts communities, guaranteed my eventual relocation from South Florida, where I had been raised. As a resident of Durham since 1985, I have been fortunate to live in many popular Durham neighborhoods including: Woodcroft, Woodlake, Hope Valley Farms and Autumn Ridge.

I joined Fonville Morisey Realty in 1989 as a Real Estate Sales Associate and have called this wonderful company home for over 30+ years, with 65% of my business working with sellers and earning several top producer awards over the years.

I have particular expertise in pricing and marketing, knowledge of sellers' goals and stresses, and appreciation of the benefits to the seller, the community, and the buyer of honest, aggressive positioning. Engaged by a business that is largely referrals and repeat clients, I work with buyers and sellers to create a successful and positive real estate experience, staying on top of the growing and changing market. Experienced in handling and negotiating customer transactions in new construction and resales, relocation, and move-up buying.

In 2018, I formed and the award-winning Front Door 54 Team to help new and existing agents learn the business and grow their real estate careers. Our team strives to provide knowledge and a great client experience while helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Giving back to our community and supporting local charities and businesses is also an important part of our vision.
