I began Real Estate as an investor, private property manager, and land owner. As I built my portfolio, I discovered that I loved researching a property, knowing the story of a home, and evolving a neighborhood while keeping its general structures the same. I also began to understand the anxiety and confusion small, private investors and first time home buyers can have when trying to navigate the market place.
In 2018, I became a REALTOR® so I could help first time homebuyers navigate the market and hopefully ease some of the anxiety. I bring patience and compassion along with a robust knowledge of housing and the market. I gladly walk attics and crawl in crawl spaces explaining the inspection reports because I know understanding of such things is important in easing the anxiety created by uncertainty. By listening and empathizing, I help clients find a property they can call home.
In addition, I noticed similar confusion with home owners trying to sell their homes. Wondering why the neighbors" houses sold faster or higher. Getting frustrated because of price drops. Using the same skills above, I help the seller understand the caliber of their home, what can be done to enhance, or understand pricing if no enhancements. I also try to help them understand how the market is reacting in real time and give an honest outlook of time on market.
