For more than 20 years, Susan has been working with buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Triangle. She's helped families move from all over the US to her native North Carolina, and helped first-time buyers put down roots. With a passion for learning, she is a practiced negotiator, skilled house hunter and resource for all things real estate. She is partnered with the Fonville Morisey/Long & Foster family to give her clients the best family of companies and services available.

Although a real estate transaction can be stressful at times, Susan brings her experience and professionalism to help her clients navigate the market. She works diligently to find the place her clients can call home.

Susan is a former teacher (music), and still enjoys playing/working in the music field. She is married to her husband Steve (corporate/real estate attorney) and has two children. Her son, Sam works in software for Cisco in Austin, TX and daughter Laura is an attorney practicing in Boone, NC. She spends most of her free time outside with her border collie Olive, making sure they both get plenty of exercise. When the weather drives her inside she loves all things baking and craft.
