What we have here is basically a 1 room fishing cabin that has only 1/2 bath. The one room brick cabin measures 20 by 24 on the exterior for a total of 480 S./F. There is a brick fireplace for heat & no AC. My suggestion is to get a window unit that will heat and cool for an inexpensive way to have heat & air. Even though the house has just a half bath, in the pump house building there is a shower and a water heater. Whether it functions or not is unknown. The roof on the main house is just a few years old. Just remember, this is a large lakefront lot (1.37 Acres w/311 ft shoreline) with just a one room cabin & a pump house that has a shower in it & a water heater just for the shower.
