William Franklin Hagan III, better known as "Frankie," is a 2004 graduate of the prestigious JY Monk Real Estate School for sales and Brokerage. Frankie received his real estate salesperson license on May 14th, 2004 and his brokerage license on July 1st, 2004. Frankie was awarded as the FM Fast Tracker for the Crabtree Office in 2005. In addition to his ABR, Frankie has the RCA Certification (Relocation Certified Associate), his AHWD (At Home With Diversity) Certification, and is a Knock Certified Agent. Frankie Hagan has received numerous awards in real estate, including the Brier Creek Selling Associate of the Year in 2016, 2019, and 2020. Brier Creek Listings Sold Associate for 2019 & 2020, and Brier Creek Listing Associate for 2019 & 2020. In a Year of unprecedented difficulties, Frankie Hagan was Associate of the Year for the Brier Creek office in 2020.

Frankie Hagan has an excellent reputation for helping first time home buyers, as well as experienced veterans. He has a great fondness for contemporary and mid century modern homes.

On a personal note, Frankie is also a professional dance teacher and has instructed and competed in ballroom dancing and swing dancing, for years. Frankie has worked as a professional deejay and emcee, and has entertained at many wedding and corporate events, for friends, family, and clients. Frankie resides in Wake Forest, and is happily married with two lovely daughters, and a rambunctious french bull dog. Frankie's wife is from Thailand, and also speaks Laoshan. Frankie works regularly with the immigrant community, and is proud to help many who are new to the country, experience home ownership.
