I have over 10 Years in the Triangle area Real Estate market. From first time home buyers to luxury market homes. From Inside the Belt Line, Mid-Town, to North Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Durham and the surrounding areas.

I also have a long history of assisting buyers in purchasing REO/Foreclosure properties. Purchasing foreclosure properties can be very different from traditional property purchases, my many years of experience can save my clients time a great amount of time and trouble navigating this field.

One of my favorite is assisting property owners in selling investment properties and representing scores of clients looking to make a splash in the investment side of property rentals and explaining the inner workings of property management.

Currently own and manage my own residential property management company "Preside Property Management". Owning my own rentals and managing other clients rentals gives me an advantage in understanding the inner workings of the investment process and gives me insight into the income rental properties can bring. All of which allows me to aid and educate my buyers on making the right investment purchase.

I am a proud father of two children son Logan and daughter Alexandra and devoted husband to my wife Jill. 2001 Graduate of Appalachian State University with Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion with a minor in Fine Art. Graduate of JH Rose High School in Greenville, NC 1995. Also attended Lees McRae College and The University of Montana Missoula.
