I have bought and sold many residences; my experience with Stan Watters was the best of all. Stan's knowledge of the D.C. market is on point. He knew precisely how and when to present my property in the marketplace, offering data-supported suggestions for pricing and presentation without putting on any pressure to act before I was comfortable. And, because he is so well connected in this market, he successfully matched me with a buyer right off the bat." Dennis M. (Seller)
Stan and his partner, Bill, live in a pre-war coop building near the National Cathedral in northwest DC, and he is one of Washington's leading Realtors specializing in the condo and coop market. Stan became a Realtor in 2009 after a successful career in hotel management (10 years) and non-profit fundraising (17 years). Now in the top 10% of agents in the DC Metro Area in sales volume, Stan is known for providing top-drawer service to his clients as well as deep knowledge of the local market and expert negotiating advice.
A DC resident since 1992, Stan grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and graduated from the College of William & Mary in Virginia. Stan has lived in New York City, San Francisco and South Florida, and has had the opportunity to travel the world, visiting over 35 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. His love of discovering different cultures (and their cuisine!) makes Washington a perfect place to call home. Besides travel and cooking, Stan's other major passions are tennis (he plays 5 to 7 times per week) and music. He currently sings as a Baritone with the Washington Men's Camerata.
