As a former Navy spouse, I am no stranger to real estate. Having moved ten times over the past twenty years, I know what it is like to buy and sell in both a myriad of market conditions and price points. With my latest move to Cape May, I decided to transform this experience into opportunity, by becoming a licensed NJ real estate agent.

As a current home buyer myself, I have first-hand experience with the unique and frustrating challenges facing those attempting to enter the Cape May market. As a former and future landlord, I know the enormous financial opportunity for owners seeking to take advantage of the surging vacation rental market. And as someone who has capitalized on selling a home in this red-hot market, I understand the enormous gains available to owners looking to sell their primary homes or investment properties.

I am child of a US Air Force veteran, and we moved to Cherry Hill, NJ in 1979, so I spent many a summer at the Jersey Shore. As I started my career in IT with a ‘Big 5’ firm in Philadelphia, I then began the first of many moves by joining financial trading firm in NYC. After dabbling in the dot.com era of IT, I met a US Naval Aviator who changed my life, and then spent the next 20 years changing my zip code. With stops in Virginia Beach, VA (twice), Newport, RI, Clearwater, FL, Cherry Hill, Germany, Concord, MA, Charleston, SC and Melbourne, FL, I have been fortunate to experience so much of what this world has to offer. However, when it was finally my turn to choose my own destination, I made my way back home to the Garden State.

No matter where I lived, the one place I returned time and time again was the Jersey Shore. Growing up, I remember the excitement and the anticipation of each Jersey Shore vacation, and as a mother, I cherished the time spent with my family as we made our way to Cape May each year. I am so fortunate to now call Cape May my forever home.

I am the mother of three beautiful children, Connor, Reilly, and Casey, and two mischievous pups, Coco and Ginger. If you aren’t seeing me at Cape May Elementary drop-off, sampling the best food and wine Cape May has to offer, or volunteering with several local non-profits, you’ll likely find me playing tennis at the Cape May tennis center or running the Promenade as I reluctantly train for my next race!
