I am a licensed PA realtor at Long & Foster in Doylestown, PA. My 15 years of experience in real estate investing has developed into a passion to help others with their real estate needs. My experience includes understanding client’s needs, renovating homes, property management, staging and furnishing homes for short term rentals (Airbnb), managing contractors and large renovations, and providing seamless organization of the buying and selling process for my clients. My goal is to provide honest, organized, and professional real estate services to homeowners, investors, and developers.

I have a diverse background with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, 18 years of corporate Program Management experience, and have been actively investing in real estate since 2003. My passion for real estate started when I purchased my first home at age 25 where I did my own home renovations. Since then, I have been actively buying, selling, and renovating homes and my specialty is designing new kitchens and bathrooms. I started a real estate investment business along with my husband, Karl Peterson, where we own and manage various rental properties. I have helped guide many people through their home transitions and I strive to help others have a positive real estate experience!
